Client is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management leader to drive risk management transformation across the organization. This position will focus on improving risk methodologies, governance, reporting, metrics, and process execution while supporting the evolution of risk management through technology, analytics, and automation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic leadership, strong business judgment, regulatory awareness, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a highly regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management transformation and process improvement initiatives.

• Develop and enhance risk management methodologies, governance structures, and reporting processes.

• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate risk and support business decisions.

• Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk transformation initiatives.

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and risk insights to senior leadership.

• Partner with business leaders to improve enterprise risk decision-making.

• Manage, mentor, and develop risk management team members.

• Support technology enablement and automation initiatives within enterprise risk management.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.

• 5+ years of risk management experience.

• 5+ years of financial services experience.

• 5+ years of people management experience.

• Demonstrated leadership in risk management processes or initiatives.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with financial services regulatory requirements.

• 6+ years of experience leading risk programs or enterprise initiatives.

• 10+ years of financial services or banking experience.

• 8+ years of people management experience.

• Experience in risk transformation, risk framework design, governance, risk metrics, or process modernization.
