    Job Summary

    We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Cybersecurity Operations to lead and elevate enterprise cyber defense strategies. This executive leadership role drives threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and security operations, shaping how the organization anticipates, detects, and neutralizes cyber threats. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for building resilient, high-performing security teams.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead advanced threat hunting, cyber forensics, and security operations initiatives

    • Oversee technical analysis of major security incidents to assess risk and drive remediation

    • Develop and implement advanced cyber analytics and monitoring strategies

    • Direct SIEM and SOAR platforms to enhance detection and response capabilities

    • Champion enterprise-wide threat intelligence programs

    • Drive vulnerability management and proactive risk reduction efforts

    • Continuously evaluate systems, networks, and data to validate security controls

    • Collaborate across departments to strengthen overall security posture

    • Identify and escalate enterprise risks while promoting security best practices

    • Serve as a trusted advisor promoting cybersecurity awareness and resilience

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • 10+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience

    • Deep expertise in incident response, threat intelligence, and adversary tactics

    • Strong ability to analyze network, server, application, and endpoint data

    • Proven experience managing the full security incident lifecycle

    • Hands-on experience with security tools, analytics platforms, and risk frameworks

    • Strong background in vulnerability management and remediation

    • Experience with Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management solutions

    • Experience with penetration testing, attack simulations, and red/blue team exercises

    • Solid knowledge of IT risk management and security assessments

    • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2, GDPR)

    • Demonstrated leadership and strategic influence skills

    • Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred
