Technical Summary:
The Senior Director of Corporate Communications leads communications for Kaiser Permanente Washington, overseeing both internal and external strategies. The Senior Director manages a regional team and partners closely with the Washington Permanente Medical Group, and enterprise communications and public affairs colleagues to ensure alignment and impact. As the health care landscape evolves, this leader serves as a key business partner to regional executives-supporting strategic priorities, engaging employees and care teams, strengthening the organization-s reputation in the community, and keeping members informed. Reporting to the VP of Communications, Marketing, Community Health, and Consumer Experience, the Senior Director works cross-functionally to advance shared goals and deliver on Kaiser Permanente-s mission. Job Summary:
