The Senior Director of Marketplace will help shape the next chapter of one of the fastest-growing platform businesses in retail - Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Fulfillment Services. This role sits at the center of our Enterprise Growth strategy and will define how we tell the story of scale, innovation, and opportunity across our evolving ecosystem.
This leader will build and drive a bold communications strategy that positions Walmart Marketplace as the platform of choice for sellers and a key differentiator in omnichannel retail. The Marketplace communications function operates within Global Communications as part of the Enterprise Growth organization. We sit at the intersection of product innovation, platform expansion, seller success, and brand trust.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field and 6 years' experience in journalism, communications, or relevant area OR 8 years' experience in journalism, communications, or relevant area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
