Summary:
Oversees the clinical administration of the services, programs, resources and activities to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Directs and evaluates program operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.Partners with the CNO/DNO of respective hospitals to ensure consistency, streamlined processes and standardized best practices with the direction of the service line VP accordance with strategic initiatives.Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.Design, develops, implements and maintains goals, strategic plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization and external regulatory agencies.Prepares, monitors, and evaluates budgets, and ensures that the institute operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Additional Job Information:
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and exceptional leadership skills. Must be able to work independently within a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Eight (8) years of directly related clinical experience; five (5) years within a leadership role required.
