    What you'll do...

Walmart is building the next generation of AI-powered shopping, associate, and enterprise experiences. We are looking for a strategic, highly collaborative Senior Director of Product Operations & Chief of Staff to help shape and scale this work across a broad AI Commerce portfolio.

In this role, you will partner with senior Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and business leaders to turn strategy into execution. You will create clarity across complex priorities, establish strong operating rhythms, manage critical dependencies, and ensure teams are positioned to deliver meaningful customer, associate, and business impact.

    What you’ll do

    • Serve as a strategic thought partner and operational leader for the AI Commerce product organization.
    • Drive global planning, prioritization, and execution across AI Shopping experiences on external platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini, as well as Walmart-owned experiences including Sparky.
    • Coordinate initiatives across in-store technology, including experiences that help customers and associates navigate stores and find products.
    • Partner across associate applications and platforms, including MyWalmart, MyAssistant, Security, and related tools.
    • Support product strategy and execution for omnichannel services requiring in-store expertise, including Pharmacy, Optical, Bakery, and Auto Care.
    • Drive alignment across corporate and back-office technology, including financial systems, reporting, forecasting, claims, aviation, communications, and security.
    • Establish portfolio reviews, executive communications, operating cadences, and decision-making mechanisms for senior leaders.
    • Analyze metrics against goals, identify risks, resource needs, and cross-functional dependencies—and drive resolution across teams.

    What you’ll bring

    • Significant experience in product operations, chief of staff, strategy and operations, program management, or product leadership within a large, complex organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
    • Experience managing a broad portfolio of customer-facing, associate-facing, and enterprise technology initiatives.
    • Strong strategic judgment, executive communication skills, and ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
    • Familiarity with AI, digital commerce, conversational experiences, agentic workflows, or platform ecosystems.
    • A track record of translating strategy into coordinated execution and measurable business results.
