NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Brand Content Production to help shape the future of social-first storytelling, lead high-performing creative teams, drive innovative content production across platforms, create engaging fan experiences that connect with millions of fans, and advance NASCAR's position at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and digital culture.
Based in Charlotte, NC, this role will oversee the production of content across NASCAR and NASCAR Track social channels, ensuring teams, systems, and creative processes are built to deliver impactful storytelling at scale. This leader will play a critical role in helping NASCAR reach new audiences, elevate the fan experience, and bring the sport's biggest personalities, moments, and stories to life across the social ecosystem.
What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Portfolio, reel, or work samples demonstrating experience leading and producing social-first content, digital storytelling, branded content, and cross-platform creative campaigns required. Candidates should be prepared to showcase examples of work that highlight creative leadership, audience engagement, and measurable impact.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in content production with a strong emphasis on social-first storytelling and brand expression; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with company-provided hardware and software.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Proven leader with experience building and mentoring high-performing creative teams.
Able to inspire original thinking, push creative boundaries, and foster a culture of collaboration, speed, and risk-taking
Strong track record of developing team talent, from coaching junior editors to guiding experienced editors toward stronger, more impactful work.
