Requirements
Strong Leadership, Organizational and Schedule management skills
Proficiency in recreational planning
Problem solving, Time Management, Flexibility and Attention to Detail
Conflict Resolution and Interpersonal Skills
Previous experience with IDD population Required
2-year degree or higher in relevant fields Required
