    Charles Schwab Wealth Data Solutions is responsible for delivering strategic and innovative B2B solutions supporting a range of industry leading Wealth experiences that our reps and clients love and trust.     The Senior Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) will work closely with technology and business stakeholders throughout the firm to evaluate data needs and deliver best-in-class data solutions and services. You will play an integral role in platform development and ownership by working with the internal stakeholders across our entire product suite to deliver against committed priorities.

    What you'll do:

    • Manage execution of the product roadmap; lead discovery and requirement definition to translate product vision into specific deliverables
    • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client needs and business goals
    • Effectively manage a product backlog in an Agile environment, working closely with Technology and Business to effectively balance and deliver against committed priorities
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure product roadmap aligns with overall business strategy; regularly communicate product insights and metrics to leadership
    • Support and successfully deploy features to production, ensuring all releases have been thoroughly tested and validated
    • Forster in-depth understanding of the data platform and ensure the expansion of the product for various new use cases to expand the Wealth Management experiences
    • Promote a culture of product innovation and data quality by encouraging creative solutioning and product stewardship
    • Build cross-enterprise relationships with leaders, partners, and stakeholders across various organizations to solidify partnerships and execute goals, including alignment on the roadmap, product priorities, and trade-off decision-making
    • Develop a deep understanding of the underlying technical architecture and data pipelines to inform product decisions and ensure end-to-end alignment across systems and capabilities
    • Drive resolution of complex data issues by identifying root causes, collaborating with engineering teams, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance data integrity
    • Ensure data quality and identify/mitigate risks across the organization through the implementation and execution of effective risk controls, policies and procedures
    • Lead cross functional efforts to evolve data governance practices and ensure product solutions meet enterprise standards for data quality

    What you have

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong digital product management skills; 5+ years of documented experience in product management
    • Experience collaborating with technology teams and business partners to define strategic visions and roadmaps for business process solutions
    • Familiarity with technical tools and skills, including knowledge of data domain systems, API development, Microsoft applications, JIRA, Confluence and any database analysis skills
    • Highly developed communication and presentations skills with an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and present sophisticated concepts and risks to leadership teams
    • Must be team oriented, strong at problem solving and data analysis, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast-moving regulated environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Financial Data or Services, Wealth Management
    • Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to track multiple project results with minimal direction
    • Experience with AI tools to automate day-to-day operations, conduct data analysis and perform research tasks, including familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and VSCode
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools or any scripting tools
    • Excellent analytical and influencing skills with the ability to think creatively and offer solutions that benefit employees, clients, and the firm
    • Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
    • Strategically think beyond day-to-day operations and analyze a variety of factors and metrics when making decisions

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
