Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, brand priorities, and budget.
  • Own the digital customer journey across the corporate website, landing pages, email, paid media, organic search, social media, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Manage the company website using Sitefinity CMS, including content publishing, page development, governance, quality assurance, accessibility, search optimization, and coordination of technical enhancements. Sitefinity experience is helpful, but experience managing a comparable enterprise CMS is acceptable.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to plan, produce, maintain, and optimize audience-focused digital content and campaign experiences.
  • Lead global demand-generation and lead-management programs, including managing MQL flow across regions, campaign planning, audience segmentation, landing pages, forms, lead nurturing, lead scoring, routing, and sales follow-up processes.
  • Administer and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, email programs, forms, lists, campaign tracking, data quality, reporting, and platform governance.
  • Work closely with Sales and the Salesforce.com administrator to maintain effective CRM and marketing automation integration, improve lead lifecycle management, and support reliable campaign attribution and reporting.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools to establish KPIs, build dashboards, analyze audience and campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Plan and optimize SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), paid search, paid social, email, and other digital programs to increase relevant traffic, engagement, conversions, and qualified leads, ensuring digital content follows current SEO and AEO best practices.
  • Manage digital marketing technology, integrations, vendors, budgets, documentation, user training, and change-management processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal, IT, and business partners to support digital privacy, consent management, data governance, security, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members as assigned, and foster effective collaboration across departments and external partners.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices; evaluate new opportunities and recommend practical improvements.

  • Experience managing content in Sitefinity CMS or a comparable content management system.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, digital campaign measurement, conversion tracking, dashboard development, and data-informed optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and the ability to make or troubleshoot routine content and formatting updates.
