A Snapshot of Your Day
No two days will look the same. As a Senior Digital Enablement Specialist, you will independently advance Digital Core initiatives across North America, including project rollouts, client technology, site connectivity, and other infrastructure-related activities.
Working with minimal supervision, you will strengthen partnerships between Digital Core and the Business Areas, uncover opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement, and translate business needs into actionable IT demands. You will maintain momentum across stakeholders, drive initiatives through completion, and help improve user satisfaction and adoption across the region.
How You'll Make an Impact
Drive project rollouts and infrastructure-related activities, including client technology, site connectivity, and workplace solutions, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies from planning through completion.
Strengthen partnerships between Digital Core and Business Areas by building trust, understanding priorities, assessing business and end-user needs, translating them into clear IT demands and requirements, and identifying opportunities where AI solutions can simplify operations or improve speed.
Identify opportunities for process changes, align the appropriate stakeholders, and drive improvements through completion, independently organizing priorities, resolving issues, keeping initiatives moving with minimal supervision, and escalating risks when appropriate.
Recommend and implement practical improvements that enhance the end-user experience and increase satisfaction with Digital Core services.
Develop digital content and adoption plans, including videos, training sessions, user guides, and Viva Engage posts, and develop automations that reduce repetitive tasks, including email communications, tracking user responses, and identifying trends and issues.
Develop dashboards and KPIs that measure adoption, user satisfaction, process improvements, and the positive impact delivered by the team, while communicating effectively with technical teams, Business Areas, senior leaders, and individual contributors across local, regional, and global environments.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in IT project delivery, digital adoption, business engagement, user experience, digital content creation, automation, or a related area.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, solve problems, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Experience translating business needs into actionable IT requirements and coordinating work across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of infrastructure and end-user technology topics, with an interest in AI, automation, process improvement, and digital adoption.
Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, or reports that demonstrate business outcomes and team impact.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across cultures, teams, and organizational levels.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Viva Engage, Power Platform, dashboard tools, or content creation tools is an advantage.
