What does a Senior Digital Asset Manager do at WPP Production? 

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team. This team is embedded onsite within our client's world class Marketing Communications department.  The Asset Management team assists the client in a variety of asset management efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced and deeply familiar with digital asset management issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a subject matter expert in various aspects of the DAM system and the team's processes
  • Lead projects or teams related to those areas of expertise
  • Be a leader on the team:
    • Facilitate onboarding new hires
    • Engage with team members to share your expertise and grow the team's abilities
  • Improve processes in collaboration with the team and the client
  • Identify needs and propose solutions to give the team and client a better asset management experience.
  • Execute processes according to team and client SLA's

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated deep understanding of DAM concepts and their application in a marketing environment:
    • Taxonomies
    • Metadata
    • Findability
    • Access Control
    • Image Processing
  • Previous experience with Canto Cumulus and other Digital Asset Management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding user support.
  • Knowledge of standard design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Patient learner who thoroughly masters new tasks.
  • Calm and productive under pressure.
  • Works well independently and with others.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
