Senior Digital Account Manager

Open position in Dallas, TX; Hybrid work schedule; 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Summary:

This individual has proven agency experience and a deep understanding of digital media. This person is comfortable managing critical client conversations and driving client strategy. This individual is hyper-focused on client business challenges and how the team plans to solve those challenges. They are collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsible for the day-to-day management of client communication, inclusive of job delegation to the team and brand strategy stewardship. This account manager will actively manage all digital marketing channels while holistically guaranteeing a cohesive strategy between all channels and departments. The right person will have experience with digital media campaigns, email marketing, social media and brand management. This account manager will report to the Group Account Director, providing weekly summaries on the health of accounts, opportunities for improvement, growth barriers and organic growth opportunities. This person must establish positive, healthy working relationships with their clients and team members and be able to think critically across multiple industry categories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Manages client relationships and overall health of their accounts
• Owns and is accountable for clients marketing strategy
• Understands paid media metrics and the impact on the success of the business
• Manages projects from top to bottom and delegates ownership of tasks to the internal team
• Responsible for managing clients marketing budgets, for reporting client P&L and identifying areas for improvement and organic growth
• Monitors competitive activity in the industry and keeps abreast of current trends and technological advances 
• Facilitates weekly client status meetings
• Participates in a weekly internal department staff meeting

Daily Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for clients 
• Manages jobs and timelines across departments  
• Client request management based on SOW
• Collaborates with media team on strategy recommendations and performance review 
• Identifies areas for organic growth within the accounts
• Responsible for supporting leadership within the account
• Participates in a daily team meeting

• 5+ years agency experience in client management 
• 5+ years digital media experience 
• Demonstrates strong daily priority management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Results-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with the initiative to identify and take ownership of tasks that need to be completed
• Team player with positive attitude 
• Must live within DFW (Hybrid work schedule)
