Job Order: Senior Project Manager – Doors & Hardware

Location: San Francisco, CAJob Type: Full-Time | On-site with local travelSalary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 (Base + Bonus)Reporting To: President

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects. Ideal candidate is locally based, hands-on, and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects from award through closeout

• Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing

• Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop

• Conduct job site visits (1–2x weekly)

• Assist with estimating on a limited basis

• Engage with clients and potentially bring in new business

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years in doors, frames, and hardware (DFH)

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small company environment

• Excellent client communication and on-site presence

• Local candidates strongly preferred

Tools Used:

• SpecWorks (hardware)

• FileMaker (submittals)

• No current formal PM software

Compensation Structure:

• Target range: $130K–$160K (Base + Bonus)

• Structure may be adjusted based on experience and value brought
