Responsibilities: for the DevOps Engineer include: · Design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt. · Develop automation tools, scripts, and services utilizing Python. · Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications within Kubernetes environments. · Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and infrastructure deployments. · Collaborate with software engineering teams to support application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. · Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and security across cloud environments. · Enforce infrastructure security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices. · Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve platform stability and scalability. Qualifications: for the DevOps Engineer include: · Active Secret Clearance required. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. · 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplines. · Strong experience developing automation solutions and scripting with Python. · Hands-on experience utilizing Terraform and Terragrunt for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployments. · Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and workloads. · Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes orchestration. · Strong knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting. · Understanding of networking concepts, IAM roles, security groups, and cloud security fundamentals. · Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred. · Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP, DoD, or other regulatory compliance frameworks preferred. · Experience supporting classified, government, or highly regulated environments preferred.
