Role Description

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Lead - DevSecOps at Incedo, you will be responsible for integrating security into the DevOps process. You should have experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, static code analysis tools, and container security tools. You should also have experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement security measures into DevOps processes, including vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and penetration testing
• Automate infrastructure security using tools like Chef InSpec, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop secure software and infrastructure architectures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security best practices
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

• Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools.
• Understanding of security principles such as access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP or Nessus.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

• 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
