    Description

    ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior DevOps Administrator to support operations of the application and platform of a NASA-developed test data analysis and repository system.

    This role is located at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center on Edwards Air Force Base, near Palmdale/Lancaster, CA. As a part of this team, you will be required to work a 9/80 schedule with typical hours of 7:30am-5:00pm.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide Software Development and long-term Software O&M/Sustaining Support for the ARMD Test Data Portal (ATDP), including daily system health checks, capacity monitoring, user and permission management, storage management, and assistance with new feature development.Recommend and implement authorized technical approaches for data management and integration solutions, such as seamless integration between systems, better performance/efficiency, security of intellectual property aspects, and technical innovations.Provide problem resolution support for NASA users.Manage software updates and security configurations for 3rd party platforms and tools.Track and update service tickets for user issues and internal system management tasks.Mentor and train junior members of the team
