Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Development Manager will take ownership of multiple development projects and play a key role in driving business growth and project execution.
Lead the full lifecycle of development projects from site evaluation through construction completion and operational handover.
Manage relationships with clients, equity partners, lenders, municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, cash flows, and financial feasibility analyses.
Direct entitlement, zoning, permitting, and public approval processes.
Lead consultant and contractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration.
Oversee design development, construction execution, cost control, and project reporting.
Support business development initiatives by identifying and evaluating new development opportunities.

For the Senior Development Manager we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Advanced degree such as an MBA or Finance qualification preferred.
7+ years of relevant development, construction, real estate, or project management experience.
Proven experience managing development projects valued between $10 million and $40 million or larger.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, underwriting, and project feasibility experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience working with complex entitlement, permitting, and regulatory processes.
