JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Feature Development & Testing: Participate in product requirement reviews and technical solution confirmation, and complete functional module development, unit testing and debugging in accordance with established technical standards;
2.System Optimization & Refactoring: Be responsible for system performance optimization, defect fixing and code refactoring to improve system stability, maintainability and scalability;
3.Technical Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical difficulties and urgent issues, and work with the testing team on issue identification, fixing and validation to ensure stable system operation;
4.R&D Standards & Quality Improvement: Participate in project reviews and follow R&D standards to continuously improve development quality and engineering efficiency;
5.Project Delivery Collaboration: Work with product, testing and operations teams to advance project delivery and promptly coordinate the resolution of technical and collaboration issues during development;
6.Technical Solution Implementation & Optimization: Support the R&D team in implementing technical solutions and the conversion and optimization of technical outcomes;
7.Technical Sharing: Provide technical guidance and share experience with the engineering team to support team development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.1 Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and familiarity with commonly used databases and basic database optimization methods;
1.2 Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or C++, together with its relevant framework, and experience across the full software development lifecycle;
1.3 Ability to independently complete feature development, troubleshooting, and debugging.
2.1 Strong logical thinking and problem analysis and solving capabilities;
2.2 Good communication and teamwork skills;
2.3 Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and resilience under pressure.
