Senior Developer

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Developer for their Fort Mill, NC location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design end to end application and data architectures that integrate SQL platforms AWS services and Net Core applications to meet complex business needs with high reliability and performance.
• Lead solution design workshops with product owners stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into pragmatic architecture blueprints that are feasible and cost conscious.
• Define and document architectural standards patterns and guidelines that ensure consistency scalability and maintainability across multiple enterprise systems and programs. Collaborate with development teams to shape Net Core based application designs including key components interfaces and data flows that optimize resource usage and long term support.
• Guide database modeling and SQL optimization strategies to secure data integrity improve query efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities for internal and external consumers.
• Evaluate AWS cloud services and configurations to recommend secure robust and cost effective infrastructure options that align with organizational governance and compliance expectations.
• Review solution designs and technical implementations to identify architectural risks performance bottlenecks and security exposures then recommend remediation actions that are practical and measurable.
• Coordinate with operations and site reliability peers to design monitoring backup and recovery approaches that provide strong service continuity for hybrid day shift environments with no travel demands.
• Mentor engineers and analysts on best practices in cloud native architecture SQL data design and Net application development to uplift overall team capability and innovation capacity.
• Engage with business and technology leaders to assess future demand trends and propose architectural roadmaps that improve agility reduce technical debt and support sustainable digital transformation.
• Analyze system usage and performance metrics to recommend incremental architectural enhancements that improve user experience efficiency and operational stability.
• Ensure that all designed solutions incorporate robust security controls access management strategies and compliance alignment so that systems protect sensitive data and foster trust in digital services.
• Champion documentation quality by producing architecture diagrams interface specifications and data models that make complex solutions easier to understand maintain and evolve over time
