Join our dynamic team in Dallas, a vibrant city known for its cultural diversity, strong economy, and thriving tech scene. We offer a competitive salary of $140-160K, with a flexible work schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, build, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This role involves leading technical design and hands-on development within the Power Platform ecosystem, collaborating closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript web resources.
  • Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, including custom PCF controls.
  • Develop integrations using Azure services and APIs.
  • Lead technical design sessions and produce technical specifications.
  • Manage solution architecture across environments using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and QA.
  • Stay current with Microsoft's Dynamics 365/Power Platform release roadmap.
  • Support security model design.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse/CDS plugin and workflow development.
  • Experience with Power Platform and Azure integration services.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and Web API development.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE security, licensing, and deployment best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, MB-210/MB-230/MB-240, PL-600.
  • Experience with Power BI integration and embedded analytics.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Field Service scheduling and IoT integration.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a systems integrator or consulting environment.
