Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Developer (C, C++, Linux) for their Atlanta, GA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, support and enhance a high throughput, distributed, real-time transaction processing application, written in the C programming language, running on the Linux platform, in a 24x7x365 production environment
Design, develop, and maintain a CI/CD framework for the application
Isolate application defects effectively, as well as provide specific conditions for reproducibility
Leverage production data to test how our systems perform
Provide tactical and technical support on tasks
Understand impact on adjacent systems as well as shortand long-term impact of technical and/or functional decisions
Develop effective tools and infrastructure to test complex, large-scale distributed systems
Design and build tooling and infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their velocity
Ensure high-quality code is delivered that meets specifications and customer requirements
Proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery of daily work
Act as technical and/or functional point of contact for a project / subset of internal business systems projects
Coach/mentor others in application, platform, and/or global architectural standards
