    As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a team that is focused on enterprise DevOps transformation and modern software delivery pipelines. You will play a critical role in advancing software delivery excellence by building standardized, secure, and reliable CI/CD capabilities that accelerate development while strengthening governance and operational resilience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the enterprise migration from legacy DevOps platforms to GitHub, helping modernize and streamline software delivery practices.
    • Partner closely with software engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize DevOps solutions.
    • Collaborate with architecture teams to translate strategic technology direction into scalable, actionable solutions.
    • Gather and evaluate requirements from teams adopting new DevOps platforms and capabilities.
    • Lead platform rollout and adoption initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition and strong user engagement across the organization.
    • Build strong partnerships with Application Security, Cybersecurity, and other technology teams to support secure and compliant development practices.
    • Serve as a trusted liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.
    • Leverage AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to accelerate coding, architecture design, documentation, and solution delivery.
    • Provide technical leadership and influence across teams in a highly collaborative, hands-on engineering environment.
    • Balance deep technical execution with stakeholder engagement, driving outcomes through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    What You''ll Bring:

    • Strong hands-on DevOps engineering experience with modern CI/CD, source control, and software delivery practices.
    • Experience with GitHub and large-scale platform modernization or migration initiatives.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve developer productivity and software delivery outcomes.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Delivery Automation.
    • Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD platforms, including workflow design, pipeline authoring, troubleshooting, and release automation.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Automation practices to improve software delivery outcomes.
    • Experience working on enterprise transformation efforts and platform migrations.
    • Experience integrating automated testing, code quality validation, and security scanning into delivery pipelines with enforceable governance controls.
    • Working knowledge of cloud-based environments, containerized application delivery, and deployment automation.
    • Strong Communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, security, and operations organizations.
    • Experience applying AI-enabled tools or AI-assisted development practices while maintaining appropriate governance and risk controls.
    • Demonstrated ability to use Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving approaches to identify delivery bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience implementing GitHub Advanced Security capabilities and security-by-default engineering practices.
    • Experience supporting enterprise-scale CI/CD infrastructure, runner fleet management, or hybrid execution environments.
    • Infrastructure-as-Code experience, including Terraform and multi-environment deployment automation.
    • Familiarity with enterprise SDLC governance, compliance requirements, audit evidence generation, and change management automation.
    • Experience with broader DevOps ecosystems, including artifact repositories, feature management platforms, testing frameworks, and collaboration tooling.
    • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving adoption of engineering standards and best practices.
    • Demonstrated success working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
