Job Title: Senior Desktop - JAMF L3 Engineer
ROLE_DESCRIPTION
Highly skilled JAMF L3 Engineer to manage, support, and Eligible to workimize enterprise Apple device management environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in JAMF Pro, macOS administration, endpoint security, automation, and enterprise mobility management (EMM/UEM) solutions. The role requires advanced troubleshooting capabilities, architecture knowledge, and experience supporting large-scale Apple deployments.
SKILLS_REQUIRED
- 3+ years of hands-on JAMF Pro administration experience.
- Strong macOS administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).
- Experience with JAMF Pro deployment and integration.
- Knowledge of enterprise endpoint management and device security.
- Experience in software packaging and patch management.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash/Shell/Python).
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and SSO.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and co-management.
- Knowledge of Okta, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or related security platforms.
- Experience in cloud technologies and MDM/UEM ecosystems.
- Understanding compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS."

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware| software| operating system| and application issues.
- Administer endpoint security solutions| including Microsoft Defender and BitLocker.
- Configure and manage Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environments.
- Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms such as Citrix| Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)| and VMware Horizon.
- Monitor desktop performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and IT standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure| network| security| and application teams to resolve complex issues.
- Manage software distribution| operating system deployments| and device lifecycle management.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for end-user computing environments.
- Troubleshoot networking issues related to DNS| VPN| DHCP| and connectivity.
- Maintain asset inventory and configuration management records.
- Create and maintain technical documentation| knowledge base articles| and operational procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades| migrations| and desktop transformation initiatives.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities related to end-user computing.
- Work within Agile and ITIL frameworks to ensure efficient service delivery.
