Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Deskside Support Engineer - VIP End User Support for their Jersey City, NJ/ New York/ NY location. Work closely with offshore desktop engineering, helpdesk, IAM and other teams.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Deskside Support Engineer - VIP End User Support for their Jersey City, NJ/ New York/ NY location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage and Troubleshooting applications like outlook, excel etc
• Work closely with offshore desktop engineering , helpdesk, IAM and other teams

 
Requirements:

• Windows & MAC OS troubleshooting
• Hardware & Peripheral support
• VIP User handling
• Good communication skills handling VIP and end users.
• Hands on experience in hardware support (desktop /laptop, printers etc)
• Printer installations
• Conference room setup and testing
• MAC OS setup and troubleshooting (important)
• OS imaging using PXE, flash drive etc
• Remote user support
• Experience using ITSM tool
• Ticket queue handling to adhere SLA commitments
• Hardware inventory management
• Win & Mac OS troubleshooting
• Android & IOS support in configuring
• Years of experience:   7.00 Years of Experience
