Job Summary

The Senior Designer in this role will be responsible for utilizing their expertise in Mechanical Design Fundamentals, CAD Design Skills, and Unigraphics NX to effectively contribute to the design and development of various mechanical components and systems. The primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and accurate creation of designs using CAD software, particularly Unigraphics NX, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create detailed mechanical designs and drawings using cad software, with a focus on unigraphics nx.

2. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

3. Conduct analysis and testing of designs to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

4. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in mechanical design.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in mechanical design fundamentals, including a strong understanding of mechanical principles and concepts.

2. Expertise in cad design skills, with the ability to create accurate 2d and 3d designs using cad software.

3. In-depth knowledge of unigraphics nx software and its functionalities for efficient design creation and modification.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.

5. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

6. Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and optimize solutions.

7. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
