Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a crucial role in creating high-quality designs that align with both the overall project vision and customer requirements. This position requires a strong understanding of disposable plastic design principles and practices, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. The Senior Designer will collaborate with various stakeholders and mentor junior designers, ensuring that all design outputs meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements, Ensuring Alignment With Customer Expectations And Project Goals In Disposable Plastic Design.

2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Using Cad Software To Validate Design Decisions And Enhance Functionality.

3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Training Sessions And Documentation, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement.

4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Software Design Compatibility With Overall Project Objectives, Facilitating Smooth Integration Of Disposable Plastic Elements.

5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Uphold High Quality Standards In Design Deliverables, Ensuring Compliance With Industry Regulations And Sustainability Practices.

Skill Requirements
