This role provides strategic guidance to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing labor relations, ensuring employment law compliance, and fostering a collaborative HR team culture. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of HR experience (6+ in management), strong knowledge of employment law, and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and public-sector HR experience.
