Description: Senior Demand Planner
We’re hiring a Senior Demand Planner to own enterprise demand forecasting and drive a clear, unbiased demand signal across a complex, high‑volume organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Operations, and Finance to support service, inventory, and long‑range planning decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end‑to‑end demand planning process and deliver an 18–24 month consensus forecast
- Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts; evaluate forecast accuracy, bias, and value‑add
- Lead the monthly Demand Review within the IBP/S&OP cycle and drive cross‑functional alignment
- Serve as final approval authority for the demand plan, balancing commercial inputs with data‑driven models
- Partner with Supply Planning to align demand volatility, safety stock, and inventory strategy
- Model demand for new product launches and manage end‑of‑life transitions
- Deliver scenario and “what‑if” analysis to assess market, pricing, or supply changes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
- Experience supporting IBP/S&OP in a multi‑SKU environment
- Spanish fluency a plus
