The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop enterprise reporting capabilities that meet client contractual obligations and improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and data accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting and analytics data solutions.
• Build and manage robust ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, data marts, and reporting layers optimized for business intelligence and analytics.
• Create automated processes to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support enterprise reporting platforms, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Optimize data architecture, query performance, and reporting system scalability.
• Design and maintain metadata, documentation, and data lineage processes.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting processes for production data systems.
• Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and application teams to establish reporting best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting engineering, or business intelligence development.
• Proven experience building and supporting enterprise reporting systems and data platforms.
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational database design.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure.
• Proficiency with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and security practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
