Senior Data Entry Specialist

What is the pay?
- $46,000 - $57,000 per year, based on experience
- Individual performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary
- Company performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary

What will I be doing?
- Entering information into client spreadsheets, databases, CRMs, and other software systems accurately and on time
- Supporting data-cleanup projects, system migrations, and large-scale record updates
- Updating existing client records with new, corrected, or missing information
- Reviewing records for missing information, duplicates, formatting issues, or other errors before and after updates are made
- Copying information from one system, document, or spreadsheet into another accurately and completely
- Keeping client spreadsheets, records, and software system data organized, accurate, and up to date
- Following client-specific formatting, naming, and data-entry processes
- Preparing status reports, data summaries, and other recurring updates for clients as needed
- Using AI-powered software tools to complete work faster and more accurately
- Following established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality data support
- Helping to standardize, improve, and document data-entry workflows
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets across spreadsheets, software, and other client systems
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-heavy work with consistency and accuracy
- Fast, reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
What additional qualifications could I have?
- 2+ years data entry or related administrative support experience
- 1+ year experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, project management tools, and AI productivity tools
