What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to support analytical and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis, ensuring high-quality data processing.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, and Amplitude to communicate insights effectively.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement solutions to enhance data integrity.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior data team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Experience working in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $220K, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports work-life balance and professional growth.
