Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Data Center Network Engineer with strong expertise in Ethernet networking, data center architecture, VXLAN-EVPN, and network automation.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with network design, switch configuration, troubleshooting, automation, and validation of data center networking solutions. This role also involves working directly with customers during the sales and solution-design cycle. Hands-on senior data center networking professional who combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing communication and solution-design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Ethernet and data center networking expertise during customer engagements and the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer network requirements and design scalable data center network architectures.
• Configure and troubleshoot Ethernet switches and data center networking environments.
• Design, implement, and validate VXLAN-EVPN solutions.
• Develop and evaluate network automation scripts and tools.
• Automate network operations using Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or similar technologies.
• Perform network implementation, testing, and validation for data center deployments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and switching issues.
• Support customer deployments and provide technical guidance throughout engagements.
• Develop handover documentation and provide knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.
• Provide deployment and post-implementation support.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of professional networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet switching, TCP/IP, and data center networking.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting VXLAN-EVPN.
• Experience with data center network architecture and design.
• Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate directly with customers and understand network requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/related field, CCNP certification, or equivalent experience.

Preferred :

• Cumulus OS experience.
• Linux certifications.
• CCIE Data Center, JNCIE, ACE-E, or similar expert-level certification.
• InfiniBand certifications.
• Experience with data center fabric technologies.
• Strong customer-facing and solution-design experience.
