Senior Data and Project Manager

Job Duties: Lead enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives across Retail, semiconductor, power technology by combining program management, technical architecture, and hands-on engineering leadership. Collaborate with executives to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. Architect modern data platforms using Databricks, Azure, SQL, AWS, Python, PySpark, Incorta and design high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines, ETL/ELT pipelines with Pyspark and data models. Lead and deliver end-to-end projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives through Agile methodologies. Establish data governance, quality, and metadata standards across systems. Mentor cross-functional teams, conduct design and code reviews, and enforce best practices. Deliver BI and analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE.streamlit) to support decision-making. Evaluate technical solutions and talent and drive cloud transformation and enterprise data modernization initiatives.

Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
