You have a clear vision of where your career can go. And we have the leadership to help you get there. At CNA, we strive to create a culture in which people know they matter and are part of something important, ensuring the abilities of all employees are used to their fullest potential.
Consider joining CNA Insurance's Portfolio Management Data Analytics team, which partners closely with Underwriting and business leadership to drive strategy execution, accountability, and profitable growth through analytics and insight. This team leverages data and analytics synthesized from across the organization to ensure underwriting strategies are effectively translated into measurable actions and outcomes.
In this Senior Consultant role, you will leverage advanced analytical expertise, technical skills, and strong business partnership to drive significant impact across a variety of commercial insurance products. You will lead smaller scale initiatives to implement automated scorecards, AI enabled insights, and individual account scenario analysis tools that support underwriters in planning and executing CNA's global underwriting strategies as part of a cohesive execution platform.
You will translate underwriting strategy into leading indicators and operational key results, and design analytics and BI solutions that support ongoing performance management and accountability. The role also applies emerging AI capabilities-such as prompt driven analysis, text summarization, and decision support-to accelerate insight generation and enhance analytical workflows. The team leverages CNA's enterprise data across exposure, policy attributes, distribution, risk control, operations, and claims to inform decision making across the underwriting value chain.
This position provides the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and to collaborate cross functionally with underwriting, analytics, and operational partners to embed analytics and AI enabled insights into core business processes.
Ideal candidates have a property and casualty insurance background and are skilled with SQL and applying AI enabled analytics tools and prompt engineering techniques.
