Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $55 - $60/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Collect, clean, and organize structured data from multiple sources.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and validate data.
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualize data using graphs, infographics, and other methods.
- Present findings to technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to define data requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate business initiatives.
- Validate data quality and resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills: SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau/Power BI, data cleaning, statistical analysis.
Analytical Skills: Trend identification, problem solving, diagnostic and predictive analytics.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non technical audiences.
Business Acumen: Understanding KPIs, business processes, and decision making needs.
