Senior Data Analyst

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/year

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analyses, mentor junior analysts, and partner directly with leadership to shape data-informed strategy across the organization.

Responsibilities

      Lead end-to-end analysis on high-priority business questions

      Design and own key dashboards and reporting frameworks used company-wide

      Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level analysts

      Partner with leadership to define KPIs and success metrics for major initiatives

      Identify opportunities to improve data quality, structure, and governance

      Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches

      Present findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders

      Collaborate with data engineering on pipeline and infrastructure needs

Qualifications

      2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

      Advanced SQL skills; Python or R strongly preferred

      Deep experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

      Track record of leading analyses that influenced business decisions

      Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

      Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts a plus

      Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's a plus
