Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior D365 Field Service Functional Consultant for their Parsippany, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
Own functional design, process discovery, fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution validation.
Provide hands-on expertise across work orders, incident types, resources, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security and workflows.
Drive a standard-first approach and challenge unnecessary customization.
Configure, validate and troubleshoot Dynamics functionality across development, test, UAT and production.
Ensure integration with mobile solutions, integration services, transportation systems, data platforms and other applications.
Lead readiness for SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare and support multi-site rollout and transition to operations.
Requirements:
Hands on Experience on the D365 Field Service Modules
Hands on experience on the D365 Sales and marketing Application
Logistics, transportation, terminal, warehouse, manufacturing or field operations.
Global or multi-site deployments and Field Service Mobile/offline scenarios.
7+ years of Dynamics 365 functional consulting with hands-on CE and Field Service expertise.
Deep knowledge of Field Service work orders, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security, workflows and configuration.
Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with Dynamics integrations and the full lifecycle from design through production support.
Strong functional troubleshooting and ability to work directly with operational and technical stakeholders.
Hands-on functional expertise; this is not primarily a requirement-coordination or project-management role
