This role will support a major enterprise cybersecurity transformation designed to strengthen security across corporate IT, operational technology, and connected-device environments. The position partners closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Legal, Internal Audit, Operations, and Engineering while maintaining significant visibility with senior leadership.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs and develop an integrated multi-year security transformation roadmap.
• Establish program governance, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decision logs, metrics, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives spanning infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, OT, IoT, and third-party risk.
• Drive a comprehensive cybersecurity assessment and lead the associated RFP, vendor evaluation, selection, contracting, and implementation process.
• Coordinate security incident response and post-incident remediation across technical, operational, legal, audit, and business stakeholders.
• Own remediation tracking for vulnerabilities, audit findings, security assessments, control deficiencies, and risk-treatment plans.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of controls aligned with frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and SOC requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, and technology teams to support audits, regulatory assessments, and enterprise risk initiatives.
• Manage strategic cybersecurity vendors, SOWs, service expectations, delivery commitments, risks, and performance.
• Present concise program health, cyber-risk, remediation, financial, dependency, and decision updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure organizational change management, communications, training, readiness, and adoption are incorporated into program execution.

Do you bring proven success leading enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience managing complex enterprise technology programs, cybersecurity initiatives, or major cross-functional transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong cybersecurity program experience spanning infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, OT, IoT, vendors, and technology risk.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cybersecurity incidents, crisis response, vulnerability remediation, audit remediation, or security-risk reduction initiatives.
• Hands-on program leadership experience with enterprise RFPs, vendor evaluations, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and SOW development.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, security controls, technology risk management, and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC reporting, or comparable security standards.
• Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical cybersecurity issues into business risk and actionable decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and organizational leadership skills.
• Experience working across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed stakeholders, vendors, or global business units is highly valued.
• PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or another recognized cybersecurity/risk certification is preferred.
