    As a Senior Analyst, you will lead complex security investigations, coordinate incident responses, and mentor other team members. You will also lead the validation of new detections and participate in cross-team projects and tool evaluations. You will report directly to the Security Operations Director. This role works in shifts and includes on-call rotations as required.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead multi-vector security investigations from end-to-end, including detection, containment, and root cause analysis (RCA).
    • Be an Security Operations SME in cross-team projects and tool evaluations
    • Validate new detections and data sources, providing technical feedback to the Engineering team.
    • Mentor cybersecurity analysts on technical escalations, maintaining the investigation quality standards for the team.
    • Identify improvements to security processes, playbooks, and automation by analyzing historical incident patterns.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24x7 coverage

    Qualifications

    • Practical experience applying incident response frameworks to analyze security events using SIEM, EDR, and network monitoring tools.
    • Experience investigating multi-vector security incidents and coordinating containment tasks across IT and engineering teams.
    • Technical proficiency with networking protocols, Active Directory architecture, and cloud security principles (SaaS/IaaS).
    • Experience configuring and analyzing endpoint protection solutions and virtual environments.
    • Experience drafting clear, technical incident write-ups and delivering structured verbal briefings to senior leadership during active high-severity incidents
