The engineer will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, and compliance teams to strengthen privileged access controls, improve identity governance, automate operational workflows, and maintain the health and availability of a mission-critical CyberArk platform. This is a hands-on senior-level role focused on building, deploying, administering, and maintaining CyberArk Vault and related PAM components across a hybrid Windows and Linux infrastructure hosted in AWS.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join an Identity & Access Management team supporting a large-scale, AWS-based financial services environment.
This is a hands-on senior-level role focused on building, deploying, administering, and maintaining CyberArk Vault and related PAM components across a hybrid Windows and Linux infrastructure hosted in AWS.
The engineer will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, and compliance teams to strengthen privileged access controls, improve identity governance, automate operational workflows, and maintain the health and availability of a mission-critical CyberArk platform.
Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, administer, and maintain CyberArk Vault and related PAM components.
• Integrate CyberArk PAM solutions within an AWS cloud environment.
• Support privileged access across Windows Server and Amazon Linux infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk platform issues, integrations, and production incidents.
• Maintain platform availability, reliability, security, and operational health.
• Develop automation and operational tooling using Python.
• Support CyberArk-related automation through CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize AWS CLI for Windows for cloud administration and automation.
• Work with AWS services including EC2, IAM, CloudTrail, and DataSync.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, IAM, and compliance teams on privileged access initiatives.
• Support Identity Governance & Compliance requirements related to privileged access.
• Serve as a CyberArk subject matter expert for troubleshooting, integration, and platform support.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience administering and maintaining CyberArk Vault and supporting components in a production environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience building and integrating PAM solutions within AWS.
• Strong experience with AWS services including:
  • EC2
  • IAM
  • CloudTrail
  • DataSync
• Experience supporting both Windows Server and Amazon Linux environments.
• Hands-on scripting experience using Python for automation and tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AWS CLI, particularly in Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Compliance concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience with CyberArk platforms.
• Ability to operate as a senior-level CyberArk SME.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
