MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cyber Support Developer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

In this role you will play a vital role in leading technical operations, executing cybersecurity engineering solutions, and safeguarding mission-critical enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize Linux and scripting experience to support and deploy Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions, enabling secure data transfers.
  • Engineer and deploy capabilities to provide new functionality, improve system performance and availability, and generate efficiencies in operational environment maintenance.
  • Support Assessment and Authorization activities related to CDS technologies.
  • Identify potential conflicts with implementation of CDS technologies within the enterprise and develop recommendations to remediate these conflicts.
  • Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop plans to safeguard computer files against unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
  • Travel up to 25% of the year to CONUS and OCONUS customer locations as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, cybersecurity operations, or software development.
  • Proficient in Linux systems administration and scripting.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Lua (LUA) scripts.
  • Experience in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and routers.
  • Must hold an active IAT Level II certification (e.g., GSEC, Security+, SSCP; CISSP preferred) or have the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity architectural principles such as defense in depth, resilience, and integrated security operations.
  • Experience designing, implementing, managing database schemas, and applying security-hardening practices (access controls, input validation, vulnerability mitigation).
  • Solid understanding of COTS CDS technologies on the NCDSMO approved product list.
  • Ability to apply security principles to systems, enterprise designs, cloud computing, and virtualized networked environments.
  • Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes to prepare documentation for Assessment and Authorization activities.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $114,600.00-$190,200.00.
