Description
What You'll Do:
Monitor and respond to security incidents and potential threats.
Lead efforts to patch vulnerabilities and improve defenses.
Manage security tools like firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, and email protection.
Test and assess security controls, then report findings clearly.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and auditors to ensure compliance.
Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Contribute to secure system/network designs.
Participate in an on-call rotation for incident response.
Who You'll Work With:
Report directly to the Head of Cybersecurity
Collaborate with internal IT teams and various departments
Liaise with security vendors and compliance stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
Solid experience in information security.
Strong understanding of penetration testing and network defense techniques
Familiarity with tools like firewalls, proxies, SIEMs, antivirus, and IdPs.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability management across on-prem and remote systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
