Summary:

  • Location: Oriskany
  • Work Mode: Virtual - Working full-time in non-company location

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to the company’s customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amount, confirming or changing beneficiary, policy provisions, coverage continuation upon retirement/leaving employer, status of customer requests, and billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work during the hours of operation, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST with flexibility in regard to shifts worked.
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a secure, quiet place to work.
  • Use of video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training required.
