We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist with a strong background in customer service and application processing to join our dynamic team. As an/a Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist you will provide application processing and customer support for multiple clients throughout the nation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform quality control on energy efficiency projects to ensure that they are in line with client expectations
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents
• Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers
• Taking customer service calls in pursuit of first call resolution
• Enter customer and project data into various CRMs
• Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls
• Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment
• Safeguard confidential customer information
• May provide peer training to co-workers and job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibility
• Other duties as assigned
