ABOUT THE ROLE

The position offers significant interaction with senior deal teams, capital markets professionals, and executive risk leadership while maintaining approval authority across a diverse portfolio of structured credit transactions. Ideal for candidates with deep experience evaluating non-traditional credit structures and private capital financing solutions within large financial institutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and approve new credit opportunities involving warehouse facilities, receivables finance, fund financing, asset-backed structures, and bespoke lending solutions
  • Review transaction structures, covenant frameworks, borrowing base mechanics, advance rates, and legal protections to ensure alignment with risk appetite

  • Monitor existing portfolio exposures, industry developments, collateral performance, and counterparty credit trends while proactively identifying emerging risks
  • Participate in borrower and sponsor due diligence meetings, including management presentations and lender discussions
