Based in the US. A creative thinker who understands and is enthusiastic about the complex world of b2b technology. Someone who sees strategy and creativity as two sides of the same coin. With the ability to come up with ideas that change everything, and the ambition to see them through to market. And the talent to convey the whole story in a sentence. Just one word. Or no words at all.
This role is that of a team lead, a creative lead who is responsible for our creative reputation with our accounts, as well as working with other team leads to identify opportunities, sell them through and generally keep two steps ahead of our clients.
The Role

We need you to deliver business, brand, and industry-changing ideas - with the power to convince the c-suite, make an impact in the market, and drive commercial success.
Officially part of the Creative Department, you’ll actually make the connection between strategy, creativity, and performance across the agency. And as a standard-bearer for the power of ideas, you will help to grow our reputation for enterprise-level solutions.
Located in the USA, you will bring an American lens to the agency – helping us to meet the needs of US-headquartered, global businesses.
To lead and deliver on brand and campaign ideas for our clients and new business prospects – primarily working together with our US-based ACD.
Be a trusted advisor to senior clients, building strong relationships at exec level, and providing strategic and creative guidance.
Work closely with strategy and consultancy teams to proactively bring forward ideas and opportunities for clients.
Write the headlines, headline narrative, and headline executions for brands and campaigns.
Work across a broad spectrum of briefs and clients, media and channels – brand to demand, AI to automotive, programmatic to reddit.
Recommend media opportunities and channels as an intrinsic part of your ideas – where will ideas connect with audiences?
Review creative, and inspire and motivate the wider team to think bigger and differently.
Be an active contributor to the agency’s thought leadership, content, and marketing programs – offering ideas, opinion pieces, comment on frequent basis.
Sell concepts and ideas internally, and also to clients in pitches, creative presentations, update meetings….whatever it takes to get ideas made.
About You
Conceptual ability to turn complex and technical topics into compelling and captivating ideas
Think bigger than one-off campaigns and ads – bringing ideas that drive business strategy
Thorough understanding of b2b enterprise world – inc. brand, demand, media, go to market strategies
Energy and enthusiasm for ideas and creativity - setting an example to others of the importance of curiosity and thinking differently
Finger on the pulse of cultural, creative, and technology trends
Use creative problem-solving to overcome challenges posed by client briefs and competing priorities i.e. always find a way
A great communicator - engaging, articulate, passionate
Supportive and flexible working style
