Job Summary
Seeking a Senior CQV / Tech Transfer Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion, equipment qualification, technology transfer, and operational readiness. The role will involve hands-on commissioning, qualification, validation, documentation, and manufacturing startup activities within a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technology transfer projects from planning through implementation.
- Perform commissioning, qualification, and validation of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Author and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports.
- Develop and update URS, SOPs, validation protocols, and technical documentation.
- Support equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Formulation teams.
- Support GMP compliance, investigations, audit readiness, and qualification issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of CQV, Validation, Equipment Qualification, Tech Transfer, Manufacturing Engineering, or Technical Operations experience.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or sterile manufacturing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and equipment qualification.
- Experience independently authoring qualification protocols, reports, URS, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, validation, and GMP requirements.
- Experience supporting technology transfer, facility expansion, manufacturing startup, or operational readiness projects.
