You'd structure and close tax-credit financings that fund community development and real estate projects, working with developers, lenders and investors. It's a senior seat with room to lead transactions and shape the practice.

What You'll Do

• Structure and document tax credit transactions, including New Markets and related credits
• Advise developers, lenders and investors on deal terms
• Lead closings and coordinate deal teams

What You Bring

• 7+ years of tax credit or real estate finance experience
• Bar admission in Colorado, or commitment to obtain it
