    The Opportunity

    CACI is seeking a experienced Senior COTS Developer to support a mission-critical program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will create, modify, and maintain application programs, components, and interfaces within the COTS software suite used to perform everyday business operations such as HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data. You will develop code, work with SQL to extract data from the database into usable reports, and support the Business Intelligence (BI) and integration components of the software. This position offers the opportunity to directly support national security missions in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Responsibilities

    ·       Design, develop, create, modify, and maintain application programs, components, and interfaces within the COTS software suite

    ·       Support everyday business operations software, including HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data systems

    ·       Utilize COTS software development and reporting tools to support modernization and system enhancements, identify and resolve defects as needed, and provide Tier 3 support

    ·       Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from the database into usable reports

    ·       Work with Business Intelligence (BI) and integration components of the software

    ·       Support system integration and API development to connect COTS applications with other systems

    ·       Perform platform customization, database and query management, and configuration control

    ·       Support data conversion and data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process

    ·       Coordinate with program stakeholders to ensure development work aligns with business and technical requirements

     

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    ·       Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph

    ·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience (in addition to the 5 years below) in lieu of degree

    ·       10+ years of experience with COTS development tools to support system integration and APIs, platform customization, database and query management, and configuration control

    ·       Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with hands-on experience writing complex queries against relational databases

    ·       Experience with data conversions and data migrations within or between COTS platforms

    ·       Proficiency in HTML

     

    Desired Qualifications

    ·       Certified AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or higher) and/or SAFe Agilist certification

    ·       Experience with Momentum Financials (Unison/CGI) systems

    ·       Experience supporting NGA or other NGA/IC customer environments

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $120,800 - $265,800
